Mike Gill founded CIO Systems of Silicon Valley after noticing the lack of quality I.T. consulting expertise available to him as he built I.T organizations during the Silicon Valley tech boom in the 1990’s.

Mike leads CIO Systems’ team of qualified technology experts to deliver dependable, scalable and supportable systems for organizations of all types. He has had extensive management experience in strategic information technology with a focus on start-ups. He has over 20 years of experience with very complex networks, applications and systems. His organizations are well known for their ability to deliver quality.

Prior to founding CIO Systems, Mike was the Chief Information Officer for Certive Corporation (now Cloud 9 Analytics). Prior to that he was the Vice President of Network Information Systems and patent holder at Video-on-Demand pioneer, and SRI spinoff, DIVA Systems Corporation. Mike is an alumnus of UCLA.

John Gallagher has more than 15 years in high technology. John is a seasoned technologist known for his ability to manage complex software development projects and exceed customer expectations. John is considered one of Silicon Valley’s leading experts on networking and Linux application hosting operations.  John began his career at AT&T where he spent six years as a system consultant and project manager working on mission critical applications and servers.

Subsequently, John joined NetManage where he held increasingly responsible management positions culminating in Acting Director of Information Technology.

After NetManage, John joined Certive (now Cloud 9 Analytics) as Director of Technical Operations. In that position, he was responsible for the design, implementation and management of all communication and enterprise applications. John was the subject of an article in Smart Partner (a Ziff Davis publication) which he also presented at Cisco’s conference on collaboration and CTI technology.

John received a B.A. in Integrated Telecommunications Systems from Michigan State University. He has also had extensive management and technical training from AT&T, Cisco, Check Point, Sun and numerous other providers.
